International food shipping must be confirmed shipment by shipment

A historical “international orders” route is preserved, but no country, courier, transit time or product is presented as currently eligible.

Before requesting a quote

Provide the destination country and postal code, item type, desired quantity and required arrival period. Ask the sender and carrier to confirm acceptance of the particular packaged food and documentation. Destination rules and courier policies can change.

Evaluate the entire journey

  • Destination import and food restrictions
  • Carrier acceptance and prohibited-item rules
  • Packaged-food label and ingredient information
  • Expected transit time compared with the product’s date information
  • Heat, moisture and breakage risk
  • Customs charges, delay and return/destruction risk

India Post publishes prohibited-item information, but a general list is not a destination-specific clearance. The recipient may still need to check local customs or food-import requirements.
