Site material
The rebuild uses historical RMC/Devansh website assets as first-party legacy material and creates new editorial text, layouts and derivatives for RMC Foods. Possession of an old file is not by itself proof of every underlying right, so provenance remains recorded and should be re-confirmed before production release.
Permitted use
You may read, link to and quote short portions with clear attribution where allowed by law. Do not republish complete articles, reuse product photography commercially, remove attribution or present RMC material as your own without permission.
Report a concern
Send the exact page URL, identification of the work or right involved, the location of the challenged material, your contact details, the basis of your claim and the action requested to server@rmcfoods.com. Do not send unrelated identity documents.
Review process
The site may acknowledge, investigate, request clarification, temporarily restrict material, add attribution, replace it or remove it depending on the evidence. A report does not automatically establish infringement, and the site does not promise a specific response time.
Good-faith corrections
If you believe material was removed or attributed incorrectly, identify the prior request and provide supporting evidence. Formal statutory notice or counter-notice language is not published because the operator’s applicable jurisdiction and designated-agent status have not been confirmed.
Information that speeds review
A useful report distinguishes the original work from the page that allegedly uses it, identifies whether the concern is copying, attribution, licence scope, privacy or trade mark use, and supplies a stable reference where possible. Bulk or automated notices without page-level identification may require clarification before meaningful review.
Preservation and repeat concerns
The site may retain limited records of a notice, investigation and outcome to manage repeat submissions, defend rights or explain an editorial change. Public removal does not necessarily require deletion of every internal legal or security record. Privacy questions about a notice should use the same contact route and identify the prior case.
